    If you use this firm to do any work for you, you do so at your own risk. We hired him to fit our bathroom and it was one of biggest mistakes of our lives. He took our toilet away on day one of a week long job, he flooded the roof space in our living room and the shower he fitted hasn't been able to drain water from the moment he left. He got around this by telling us not to use the shower for a couple of days, as the sealant wasn't dry. His response to one of our complaints was, we have installed an adequate bathroom. I didn't pay thousands for adequate, I paid for working, which it isn't. I hired him from word of mouth and I only wish I'd done my research on Google first. Very disappointed as it's going to cost me thousands to put right.
